RUSTIC - Terms and Conditions
  • Quotations, accompanied by photographs of similar items previously manufactured, will be provided on request
  • Upon acceptance of the quotation, a 50% deposit is required
  • Turnaround time to completion will depend on availability of wood type selected, available stock, and complexity of the project
  • Photographs of progress will be provided during manufacture for larger projects
  • Upon approval of the final photograph of the finished product, the balance of the purchase price will be payable
  • All transport costs, including insurance and duties are payable by the purchaser
  • A Certificate of Authenticity will accompany each finished product
